Delivery Information

Your order will be processed by our sales team and then passed to the warehouse team for despatch.

We aim to despatch normal stock items within 24 hours. We use courier bags or sometimes second class post for smaller items (Band A) and where possible for larger (band B) items we use next day carriers for mainland UK addresses, except for the Scottish Highlands. Very heavy or large items (Band C) would usually be sent as palletised freight.

Pumping sets and controllers that need to be built to order are normally despatched within 5 working days.

Despatch and delivery times are for guidance only and may vary depending on circumstances beyond our control. If we know that stock is not available or an order will be delayed for any reason our sales team will contact you.

Delivery charges for UK mainland vary depending on the size of the item.

If your order contains more than one item, only one delivery charge will be applied and this will be the highest charged band on the order.

Courier deliveries

Large numbers of band A items, any band B item would go on courier. For courier delivery higher charges apply for delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern/Southern Ireland or international locations. You will need to obtain a quotation from us and pay surcharge for anything other than UK mainland.

Some of the lighter band C items may be sent via courier.

Palletised freight deliveries

Very heavy or bulky items would be sent out as palletised freight and band C charge applies. Again higher charges apply for delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern/Southern Ireland or international locations, a surcharge would need paid.
